Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays & Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

At times, a select number of our items are made to order. Whilst we try our hardest to dispatch these made to order items as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 weeks for fabrication & dispatch. These items are marked at the top of the product page, so you can be aware of timings before you spend a penny.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an automated shipping notification containing your tracking information. Transit times are estimates given by our shipment carrier partner; we do not file claims for late deliveries, and shipping costs are not refundable. If you struggle to find this email, double check your Spam/Promotions folders. If you still cannot find the email, please contact support at info@oldfieldworkshop.com.

DELIVERY TO UK CUSTOMERS

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £60, with an aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.

  • Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £60
  • Order values less than this will be charged Standard Delivery of £3 for one item & £1 for each additional item
  • With our UK Standard Delivery option, our courier will typically deliver within 3-5 days from dispatch
  • UK Express Delivery, £6 for one item & £2 for each additional item
  • With our UK Express Delivery option, our courier will typically deliver within 1-2 days from dispatch

We use a third party carrier, who provide a fast and reliable shipping, and will fully track and require a signature to fulfill all deliveries. Tracking information will be provided to you following dispatch.

DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS IN THE EU USA & REST OF THE WORLD

We ship to a large number of countries using private courier, with an aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.

    • Zone 2: European Union – £15 for one item & £5 for each additional item
    • Zone 3: USA, Canada & Australia – £30 for one item & £10 for each additional item
    • Zone 4: Rest of World – £35 for one item & £15 for each additional item
  • Watches & Leather Mousepads & Drinks Coasters
    • Zone 2: European Union – £8.00 for one item & £2.50 for each additional item
    • Zone 3: USA, Canada & Australia – £12.50 for one item & £2.50 for each additional item
    • Zone 4: Rest of World – £15.00 for one item & £2.50 for each additional item

Delivery times will vary with each international region. For international deliveries, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.

RETURNS INFO

We guarantee your satisfaction, which is why all of our products come with a 30 day no questions asked returns policy starting from the day you received the item. If you have changed your mind about an order or your new products fall short of your expectations for any reason whatsoever, then please contact the Oldfield support team at info@oldfieldworkshop.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  • We will gladly accept returns or order cancellations under the following timescales
    • Return your items within: 30 day of delivery
    • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

If you would like to return an order for a refund you can do so within 30 days from the date you received your item, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition. Please get in touch via email at info@oldfieldworkshop.com stating your order number, name, and delivery address, so we can confirm your details and let you know further return details.

A refund for the value of the goods will be credited to your original method of payment. For orders dispatched to countries within the EU and cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will also refund any delivery charges paid on the initial order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are under no obligation to refund delivery charges for orders shipped to the rest of the world; however, we may choose to do this at our own discretion. When making a claim, you will need to provide your original dated receipt or invoice from Oldfield, the store or website where the product was purchased.

Please note, all refunds are at the original pounds sterling price so we do not accept responsibility for any loss that may occur due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation which can be found here.

All items must be returned to us here in the UK, in an ‘as sold’ condition (not used, soiled or damaged) and include all the original packaging and tags. Simply, products need to returned to us in an re-saleable condition. Orders for which we feel you have not taken reasonable care, or which have not been properly packed in preparation for return and arrive damaged as a result, will result in a breach of contract by you, for which we will take reasonable action to recover any damages. We reserve the right not to refund you if those standards are not met; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For all orders being returned to us please contact us via email at info@oldfieldworkshop.com. Please include the packing slip from your initial order within your parcel so we can quickly identify you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend that all customers use a fully tracked postal service, and a proof of posting for any items being returned to us and keep this safe until you have received confirmation that we have received your returned goods.

We are looking into options for pre-paid returns but at the moment cannot offer this service so it is up to you to cover the return postage fee. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions please email info@oldfieldworkshop.com.

Order Cancellation

Before dispatch – Please contact us via email at info@oldfieldworkshop.com. If your order has not been dispatched when we receive your order cancellation, the items will not be sent and we shall update you on the refund and cancellation procedures for your order. If possible, please include your order number within your email to help us easily identify your individual order.

After dispatch – Please contact us via email at info@oldfieldworkshop.com. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you must send the item back to us as soon as you receive it, and at least within 14 days. Please note that you will not be refunded for the order until either we have received your returned items. Please also note that if you have opted for express delivery, we are only obliged to refund standard (lowest available) postage charges. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition after cancellation, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order details via email at info@oldfieldworkshop.com. We offer an extended 6 month or 180 day warranty on all our items. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order details, a description of your issue and some images to help us understand what may have happened to your item. We take every situation into consideration and check each scenario on a case by case basis, often after the warranty period to see if we can help our valued customers.

Refunds

A refund for the value of the goods will be credited to your original method of payment. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive, and will process refund payments safely within 7 days of us receiving your returned item. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Any refund will be via the same method of payment originally used for the order.
