Any discounts we offer are time limited which will be communicated alongside the discount code and are dependent on product availability. Accordingly, the price of such products may change from time to time. Oldfield have the right to withdraw from any offers we advertise at any time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions of sale of Oldfield. These terms apply to all online purchases of Oldfield goods made using oldfieldworkshop.com. We recommend that you read this document carefully before placing your order. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Every order you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The final details of your order will be set out on the “CHECKOUT” page prior to proceeding to the “PAYMENT” page. After the authorisation of your debit card, credit card, or Paypal, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, detailing the products you have ordered together with an order number. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Oldfield. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or refuse access to the website. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order.
If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by telephone or email to offer you either a full refund or a substitute product. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days of our first attempt to contact you, we will refund the total amount we deducted from your debit or credit card.
Price & Payments
The price that you pay for the product will be the price that is displayed on the website at the “CHECKOUT” stage. All final prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Any discounts we offer are time limited and are dependent on product availability. Accordingly, the price of such products may change from time to time.
Oldfield uses Stripe, Paypal & Clearpay Checkout systems to ensure your order is processed securely. All transaction information passed between our site and our payment gateway providers is encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. Simply put, no information entered into the Stripe, Paypal or Clearpay systems can be examined, used or modified by anyone else (including ourselves) attempting to gain access to sensitive information. We can also assure you that no card details are held or maintained at our premises when you shop using our online shopping basket.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. At times, a select number of our items are made to order. Whilst we try our hardest to send these out as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 weeks for fabrication & dispatch.
Delivery to UK Customers
We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £60. We use a third party carrier, which will fully track and require a signature to fulfill all deliveries. Full details will be provided to you following dispatch. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you have any questions.

- With our UK Standard Delivery option, our courier will typically deliver within 3-5 days from dispatch

- With our UK Express Delivery option, our courier will typically deliver within 1-2 days from dispatch
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. While we expect the majority of deliveries to be made according to the outlines above, these delivery timings are estimations and sadly cannot be guarranteed.
Delivery to Customers in the EU, USA & Rest of the World
We ship to a large number of countries using private courier. For all of our international deliveries we use a third party fully trackable carrier to fulfill all deliveries. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery times will vary with each international location. For international deliveries, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.
We guarantee your satisfaction, which is why all of our products come with a 30 day no questions asked returns policy starting from the day you received the item. If you have changed your mind about an order or your new products fall short of your expectations for any reason whatsoever, then please contact Oldfield via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you would like to return an order for a refund you can do so within 30 days from the date you received your item, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition. Please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, name, and delivery address, so we can confirm your details and let you know further return details.
A refund for the value of the goods will be credited to your original method of payment. For orders dispatched to countries within the EU and cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will also refund any delivery charges paid on the initial order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are under no obligation to refund delivery charges for orders shipped to the rest of the world; however, we may choose to do this at our own discretion. When making a claim, you will need to provide your original dated receipt or invoice from Oldfield, the store or website where the product was purchased.
Please note, all refunds are at the original pounds sterling price so we do not accept responsibility for any loss that may occur due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation which can be found here.
All items must be returned to us here in the UK, in an ‘as sold’ condition (not used, soiled or damaged) and include all the original packaging and tags. Simply, products need to returned to us in an re-saleable condition. Orders for which we feel you have not taken reasonable care, or which have not been properly packed in preparation for return and arrive damaged as a result, will result in a breach of contract by you, for which we will take reasonable action to recover any damages. We reserve the right not to refund you if those standards are not met; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For all orders being returned to us please contact us via email at email@example.com. Please include the packing slip from your initial order within your parcel so we can quickly identify you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend that all customers use a fully tracked postal service, and a proof of posting for any items being returned to us and keep this safe until you have received confirmation that we have received your returned goods.
We are looking into options for pre-paid returns but at the moment cannot offer this service so it is up to you to cover the return postage fee. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before dispatch – Please contact us via email at email@example.com. If your order has not been dispatched when we receive your order cancellation, the items will not be sent and we shall update you on the refund and cancellation procedures for your order. If possible, please include your order number within your email to help us easily identify your individual order.

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you must send the item back to us as soon as you receive it, and at least within 14 days. Please note that you will not be refunded for the order until either we have received your returned items. Please also note that if you have opted for express delivery, we are only obliged to refund standard (lowest available) postage charges. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition after cancellation, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with your order details via email at email@example.com. We offer a standard 28-day warranty on all our items. We take every situation into consideration and check each scenario on a case by case basis, often after the warranty period to see if we can help our valued customers.
A refund for the value of the goods will be credited to your original method of payment. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive, and will process refund payments safely within 7 days of us receiving your returned item. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Any refund will be via the same method of payment originally used for the order.
